Oracle XE Enable or Disable on boot

To disable on boot:
sudo systemctl stop oracle-xe.service
sudo systemctl disable oracle-xe.service
To re-enable on boot:
sudo systemctl enable oracle-xe.service
sudo systemctl start oracle-xe.service
